Meet Bravick

The education system that keeps your school running when the internet cannot.

Bravick is CloudCity’s intelligent education management platform — built for principals, administrators, and teachers who need one reliable place for exams, teaching workflow, and school operations. It runs on your school computer and serves staff and students over Wi‑Fi, so exam day does not depend on the cloud.

Introducing Bravick

Intelligent education management, with CBT built in

Most school tools force you to choose: either manage the school, or run computer-based exams. Bravick does both — calmly, on your own campus network.

From your school computer, Bravick becomes the hub for administration, teaching workflow, and full computer-based testing. Staff work from any browser on the same Wi‑Fi. Students sit exams on phones, tablets, or laptops — with no student app to install.

Create and supervise exams live, mark faster, plan timetables, review lesson plans and notes, track attendance and fees, and keep every record safe where it belongs: on your school’s own server.

How it runs

One school computer. Everyone else on Wi‑Fi.

Bravick installs on the computer that runs your school system. Teachers and administrators use it from any browser on the same network. Students take exams on phones, tablets, or laptops — no app to install on student devices.

01

Desktop exam server

The Bravick program keeps your exam server running in the background, with a small icon near the clock. Close the window and Bravick keeps working — so an exam in progress is not accidentally stopped.

02

Browser access for staff

Administrators and teachers open the school dashboard from any browser on the school Wi‑Fi. Same network, same day — no cloud connection required during exams.

03

What students need

School Wi‑Fi, the web address from their teacher, and their login details. They open it in any browser — like visiting a website inside the school.

04

Your data stays yours

Records are stored safely on the server computer — separate from the program itself. Updating Bravick does not delete results. Back up anytime and copy backups to USB after important exams.

Getting started

Set up on a new school computer

  1. Install Bravick on the computer that will run your school system (your exam server).
  2. Open Bravick from the Start menu. The program starts the server and opens your school dashboard.
  3. Sign in as administrator with the credentials CloudCity provides, then set a strong password. Replace any demo accounts before real use.
  4. Set your school name and logo in Settings so staff and students see your identity on login.
  5. Add teachers and students — one by one or by importing a spreadsheet.
  6. Share the Wi‑Fi address shown on the admin dashboard so students can connect from their devices.
  7. Run a practice exam with one class before the real exam day.
